As the Three Creeks Luxury Spa is reserved for you, we ask that you notify us 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or re-schedule your appointment. We arrange in advance for our therapists to be present to provide services to our guests in advance as per their appointment specifications and needs. A credit card or debit card is required at the time of booking to guarantee the reservation is held. Providing your credit or debit card number upon scheduling your appointment is confirmation that you understand and agree to our policies. Failure to give notice of cancelation at least 24 hours prior to your appointment will result in a 50% charge of your full-service fee. No-show and late arrivals will be charged the service fee in its entirety. Our reception staff will attempt to call you 48 hours prior to your appointment, if they are unable to reach you, they will attempt to leave a voicemail. It is the responsibility of the guest to check for emails, text messages, voicemails and missed calls. We greatly appreciate your understanding here at Three Creeks Luxury Spa!
