At Three Creeks Luxury Spa, we are dedicated to providing you with a tranquil and serene atmosphere. We kindly ask that you do not bring children to your scheduled services.
We do not provide massage services for children 12 and under.
13-15 year old guests may receive our 60 minute tranquility massage service only. The parent/guardian must be in the room for the entire service, and a consent form must be signed by the parent/guardian prior to the service.
16-17 year old guests may receive massage any service. The parent/guardian must sign a consent form prior to first service and the consent form will remain on file.
We do not provide esthetic services for children 12 and under.
13-15 year old guests may receive our 60 minute serenity facial service only, with no enzyme exfoliation. The parent/guardian must be in the room for the entire service, and a consent form must be signed by the parent/guardian prior to the service.
16-17 year old guests may receive any facial service. The parent/guardian must sign a consent form prior to first service and the consent form will remain on file.
We do not provide head spa services for children 9 and under.
10-12 year old guests may receive the 60 minute Tranquil Waters head spa service only. The parent/guardian must be in the room for the entire service, and a consent form must be signed by the parent/guardian prior to the service.
13-15 year old guests may receive any head spa service, with no enzyme exfoliation during the 90 minute experience. The parent/guardian must be in the room for the entire service, and a consent form must be signed by the parent/guardian prior to the service.
16-17 year old guests may receive any service. The parent/guardian must sign a consent form prior to first service and the consent form will remain on file.
We do not provide waxing services for children 12 and under.
13-15 year old guests may receive facial waxing only. The parent/guardian must be in the room for the entire service, and a consent form must be signed by the parent/guardian prior to the service.
16-17 year old guests may receive any service except the Brazilian/bikini wax. The parent/guardian must sign a consent form prior to first service and the consent form will remain on file.
A credit card or debit card is required at the time of booking to guarantee the reservation is held. Providing your credit or debit card number upon scheduling your appointment is confirmation that you understand and agree to our cancellation policies.
We kindly ask that you notify us 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We arrange our therapists to provide services to our guests in advance based on appointment specifications and needs.
Failure to give a cancellation notice at least 24 hours prior to your appointment will result in a 50% charge of your full-service fee. No-show will be charged the full service fee. Late arrivals will be charged the full service fee, and may not be able to be completed, dependent on arrival time.
It is the responsibility of the guest to check for emails, text messages and/or voicemails regarding appointment confirmations. We greatly appreciate your understanding here at Three Creeks Luxury Spa!
